time to time we organise, usually
in early Spring, a trip to the Zoo for the patients of St. Mary's
Hospital, Baldoyle and also for the support group ARCH in
Malahide.
We would bring 20 children to the Zoo for a day, usually a Saturday, where they have a very pleasant time seeing the animals. Our members provide transport for all on the day. The visit usually lasts most of the day and lunch is provided by the Lions in the Zoo restaurant.
